Natures Own 0219 Vitamin B3 500mg is a water soluble vitamin involved in more than 50 enzyme reactions within the body. It is needed for the proper utilisation of fats, carbohydrates and proteins in their conversion to biological energy.
Nicotinamide has shown some value in the treatment of minor skin conditions such as acne. It also helps to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. Nicotinamide does not produce the itching and flushing associated with large doses of the Nicotinic Acid (Niacin) form of Vitamin B3.
Ingredients
Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 500mg No added yeast, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives, dairy products or animal-derived products. Store below 30C.
